2. Data collected
- Identity and business contact details.
- Project category, stage, format, market, volume, timing, scope and optional notes.
- Landing page, referrer and campaign parameters when present.
- Technical data strictly required for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Assessing and responding to your request and taking requested pre-contractual steps.
- Protecting the form and service under our legitimate security interests.
- Professional updates only with optional, withdrawable consent.
- Compliance with legal obligations and lawful authority requests.
4. Project prioritisation
Answers create an internal priority score. It never accepts or rejects a project automatically, has no legal effect and every request receives human review.
5. Retention
Non-contracted enquiries are deleted automatically after 24 months without recorded activity. Technical abuse-prevention data is deleted after 24 hours. If a contractual relationship begins, the necessary documentation is managed outside this preliminary register for the contract term and applicable statutory periods. Marketing data is no longer used after consent is withdrawn.
6. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Contracted hosting, security and business-service providers may process it only to deliver the service. Required safeguards apply to any processing outside the EEA.
7. Your rights
Request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or consent withdrawal via info@etternity.com with “Data protection” in the subject. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
8. Sensitive information
Do not submit clinical or patient data, complete formulas or trade secrets in the initial form. We will establish an appropriate confidentiality framework first.
